Bass is the rhythm section...occasionally it can have a solo or technical section...but unless it's a technical death metal band, it's not an instrument that is meant for being over the top...it keeps the pulse, its the heartbeat. It's important and underrated. Haters sound like groupies who think the singer and lead guitarist (in any band) are the entire band.

Ronnie is an entertainer. I’m sure you’ve seen the rockfeed interview with him talking about how frontmen are SUPPOSED to be wild and interesting, and then a lot of these people that complain like what do they expect, do they want a frontman who’s JUST LIKE them or everyone else? Nah, F that, you want RONNIE FREAKIN RADKE man. Also I think something to consider, you know how like sometimes you’ll send a sort of important text to someone and it’s sorta long, and you kinda take a few mins to send it and then immediately after you send it you’re like “shit…I shoulda said it this way instead” or whatever? Well think of that text being EVERY single social media post you ever make, where millions upon millions of people all over the world are going to see it immediately, and where it’s going to be saved and catalogued within a fraction of a second, long before you can ever edit it. That’s celebrity life. I try to keep that in mind so I don’t overanalyze what some of these high profile people say especially when it comes directly from them in the form of a TikTok video. Not everything is going to come out perfect, and you can use common sense to deduce what they mean, rather than trying to interpret whatever they’re saying into some deeper meaning that is probably not there. This is why PR firms are so lucrative, because navigating public discourse as a celebrity, especially these days, is a freakin nightmare. And even with these PR firms, they are professionals at this, it’s all they do, and they still suck and can never satisfy everyone. That’s why Ronnie’s approach is exactly the same one I would take in his position; only speak on things you know to be true, and never, ever, apologize for offending people if you know what you said is right. 💯 Oh yeah and lemme get a pepperoni pizza with 4 roaches plz ☝️
